The eight weeks will run as a virtual book club. It will centre around an e.book I’ve written called ‘Miraculous Change – 15 Miracle nudges To More Effortlessly Make The Changes You Want In Your Life’.

The book’s title has come out of an understanding I share about the way we naturally work, which has been little short of miraculous for me and the people I work with. The more we’ve seen that we all have an innate resilience and wellbeing we can rely on, the less need there is to get caught up in our thoughts and the more miraculous life has got. 

My hope is that the Miraculous Book Club will inspire your own insights … that you too will start to experience a completely different relationship with your thoughts. One where overthinking, anxiety and worry get replaced with an ease and flow …

… and where ‘Living in the Flow’ – as I refer to this new way of being – becomes second nature for living your life.

How Will It Work?

The Miraculous Book Club 2024 will run as a virtual group for 8 weeks

You’ll receive:

1 Two chapters of the book per week each comprising a miracle nudge to allow space and time for you to engage with whatever it is you would love to change or bring about

2 Access to three live webinars where you’ll have the opportunity to get personal nudging from me, answers to any questions and inspiration from others in a private and supportive space

Webinars will start at 6.00pm UK time and will run for 90 minutes

3 Connection via a Private WhatsApp group to easily share helpful nudges, insights, suggestions and ideas as they percolate to support and learn from each other as we go

4 A Live follow up Retreat where we’ll get together face to face to integrate what we’ve seen, and celebrate our new way of being!

Q Sounds great, but how can I add another thing to my ‘to do’ list?

A This is nothing about doing more! It’s about investing in some quiet time for you, and nudging you to explore a different way of engaging with life with greater resilience and wellbeing. A dedicated, supportive space for you to focus on something you’d love to bring about, and learn new insights in to an easier way of being. You’ll be amazed at the energy and time you free up as a result!

Q What if I don't have anything particular in mind that I would like to change, or more than one thing I would?

A The idea is to play with one thing you’d love to change or have happen in your life. Something that’s important to you … that gives you a great feeling when you think about it! Something that doesn’t involve any shoulds, or pleasing other people. Rather, it makes you want to put your fist in the air when you think about it happening!

Q I’ve never done anything like this before. I tend to be private so will I have to speak in public or anything?

A Simple answer is no! You can engage as little or as much as you want, but the more you do, the more you will get out of the experience! Everyone feels insecure at times, but once we get going you’ll see how supportive and encouraging the group dynamic is, and the difference it makes!

Q What if I miss, or can't make, one of the webinars?

A If you can’t make the webinars live, they will be recorded so you can watch them at a time to suit you.

Q I'm not great at the techy stuff will that cause a problem?

If you know how to open an email and click on an attachment you’ll be fine! The webinars will take place over Zoom, which is free and simple to use, you’ll simply receive a link to click on when the time comes. WhatsApp is widely used these days, but just in case you don’t have it, it’s free to download and simple and safe to use.
