The links below are for some of my favourite web sites or resources at the moment, which I find particularly useful, valuable or interesting - including ideas for helping people to be their own 'coach for life' and focus on their important stuff more of the time - and priceless information relating to business life coaching and internet marketing. Although I would not hesitate to recommend these sites, I take no personal responsibility for their content.
www.zenhabits.net
One of the most popular blogs on the internet providing excellent tips and information on boosting productivity, managing your time more effectively and generally leading a more interesting and happy life. Leo Babauta is married with six kids living on Guam, and Zen Habits has a massive following.
www.soulbiographies.com/
This web site has been developed by a film maker called Nic Askew who, up until recently, made ‘short films that do something’. Each Monday, I would get one of these emailed free directly to my inbox and it never failed to make me think or smile. It’s where I first saw the short film of Michael Neill, the top success coach, who gave me the idea for the web site name nudgeme.co.uk. Now, the site has evolved into Soul Biographies 'for people who wonder why' - make it part of your weekly routine, it will take you on a great journey!
www.geniuscatalyst.com
This is Michael Neill’s web site. Having researched lots of coaching and personal development sites as part of my on going training, this one stuck! As a member of his ‘Solutions Café’, I get access to a host of recorded interviews with interesting people, book reviews and tips!
www.joesgoals.com
Another web site I came across during my research, which I just thought was simple, clever and useful as a means for people to record and keep track of their goals.
www.psychologies.co.uk
I subscribe to this magazine because of my work, but it has interesting, easy to digest articles, book reviews, tests and information, which can be useful to dip into for anyone having a re-think about their life!
www.leighbureau.com/speakers/rsemler/semler.pdf
"Why haven't we learned to go golfing on Monday morning, when we've learned to take our work home on Friday night?" This is a link to a short biography about a man called Ricardo Semler, who has written two books about a completely new way in which he's run his companies, enabling employees to design their own jobs, and truly have a good work/life balance. His first book 'Maverick' and his second 'The Seven-Day Weekend' make fascinating reading.
www.fourhourworkweek.com/
This book and website is for anyone who is looking to escape the rat race. From mini-retirements to outsourcing your life, Tim Ferriss offers great advice and information on 'lifestyle design'.
www.skype.com
For people who want to communicate frequently and cheaply! Skype is very well known now, but I still get questions about it when I mention it to people. It’s basically an on-line telephone system that enables people to talk to other skype users all over the world for free! You just need a broadband connection and a headset and away you go.
Internet marketing resources
I'm constantly keeping up to date with the latest thinking in internet and social media marketing, and doing business or building relationships on line. The following web sites never fail to provide great information and inspiration!

A highly informative web site with the most up to the minute thinking about business development and internet marketing. His free reports offer incredible information, and he's always one step ahead of the game.
www.ducttapemarketing.com
